Risk Management model

Paladin’s approach to risk management is in line with international standards. Paladin Group generally develops a risk management plan for each client and/or project based upon the following factors and considerations;

  • Urgency of the response
  • Context of the task
  • Potential threat to successful completion of the task
  • Quantifying the likelihood of each threat
  • Understanding the range of potential consequence of each those occurrences
  • Determining and implementing any threat controls to mitigate that risk
  • Informing the client of any residual risk beyond PGL ability to manage
  • Recommending to the client or prime contractor appropriate strategies that they can undertake to mitigate residual risk
  • Agreement of who manages and takes liability of the residual risk

Furthermore, the Company proactively promotes the public interest by encouraging community growth and development, and voluntarily eliminating practices that harm the public sphere.

Paladin actively supports and is involved in a charity organization in Timor-Leste. Each month the Company diverts a consistent portion of its revenue towards to support the goals and initiatives of this charity’s programs which include orphanages, critical medical treatment of underprivileged individuals and youth engagement activities.
